CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

*Our rooms are reserved especially for you. Due to high demand, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. 

Should you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to its start time, the full price of the service will be charged to you. "No call, no shows" will also be charged.

If you are coming in with a certificate for services, the certificate will be marked as used. There are no refunds.

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment especially if it is your first time at our facility.

Late arrivals may result in a forfeited appointment, as we CANNOT adversely affect our service to other clients.

If you are more than 10 minutes late we will charge you for the session and you will forfeit your service.

We CANNOT shorten your session or delay the next one. If you are late and you have not called us to let us know, we reserve the right to give your float room away to walk-in clients.

Please be on time and give us notice if you need to cancel or modify your booking for any reason.
